West Vancouver homes are designed around what you can see out of them. Full-height glazing, wraparound windows, and living spaces oriented at the water and the city — which makes window cleaning less of a maintenance chore here and more the thing that determines whether the house works as intended.

Homes up in the British Properties sit on steep slope with significant drops on the downhill side, and many have skylights and glass roofs that need roof-level access.
