Exterior glass in the Lower Mainland takes a beating. Nine months of rain carries road film and roof runoff down your windows, sprinklers leave mineral spotting along the bottom third of the pane, and anywhere near the water there's a fine salt haze that dulls glass long before it looks visibly dirty. Most people don't notice how much light they've lost until the first clean is done.
We clean exterior windows using purified water and water-fed poles for upper storeys, which means no ladders leaning against your gutters and no detergent residue left behind to attract dirt. Ground-floor glass is done traditionally, by hand, with a squeegee — it's still the best finish there is on reachable windows. Frames, sills and tracks get wiped as part of the job, not as an upsell.
Tap water in Metro Vancouver is soft, but it still carries enough dissolved solids to leave spotting as it dries. We filter ours down to effectively zero, so the water evaporates off the glass and leaves nothing behind. That's what lets us clean upper windows from the ground without a squeegee touching them.
Water-fed poles reach three storeys comfortably. That's safer for our crew and it means nothing is resting against your gutters, siding or window frames while we work — a common cause of dented aluminium on older homes.
On any recurring plan, if it rains within seven days of your clean and your windows genuinely look worse for it, we'll come back. In practice rain rarely spoils a proper clean, because it's dirt and mineral residue that leave marks rather than water itself — but the guarantee is there so you're not gambling on the forecast.
